The statistics around the world regarding human trafficking paint a genuinely dire situation that we cannot ignore. If you are reading this email, you have chosen to do something about it. Speaking of generosity, WHOA! Thanks to you, we smashed our goal for the $50,000 match and ended 2023 strong! As we begin the new year, we have our sites set on purchasing farm equipment needed to support our self-sustaining efforts at the Care Center. To read more about our equipment needs, click here! Our First College Student!

Now, what you are REALLY here for…for the first time ever, in the history of TAL, WE HAVE OUR FIRST COLLEGE STUDENT STUDYING IN THE STATES!

We couldn’t be more proud of Prince, who, after a rigorous process of interviews, essays, and academic assessments, was selected as a recipient of a complete, four-year scholarship to a private university in California! Prince is pursuing a Technology and Graphic Design degree and is adjusting beautifully to life in America.

To follow Prince and his big adventure here in the States, tune in to our social media channels beginning next week! You will not want to miss the beautiful send-off from his brothers and sisters at the Care Center, and all of the “firsts” Prince has experienced since leaving Ghana!
