OUR LIFE ACADEMY STORY

Touch A Life Education & Empowerment

Touch A Life is dedicated to providing holistic, customized care for every child, guided by on-site social workers and SEL specialists. Our educational model focuses on three core areas:

K–9 Education

Students begin their journey at Life Academy, our on-campus school in Kumasi, where certified teachers and social workers create a safe, supportive learning environment. From preschool through 9th grade, children receive developmentally appropriate instruction tailored to their academic, emotional, and mental health needs.

Vocational Training

Alongside their basic education, students are introduced to hands-on training in areas like cooking, batik making, soapmaking, and technology. These programs help build confidence, creativity, and practical skills for future employment.

The Sewing Center

Our Sewing Center offers specialized instruction in tailoring and textile arts. This program not only cultivates valuable craftsmanship but also provides students—particularly young women—with meaningful career opportunities and a pathway toward financial independence.

After completing their time at Life Academy, students are placed in top high schools across Ghana to pursue advanced VoTech training and continue building the foundation for successful, self-sufficient lives.
