| Hello, Touch A Life family! I love the Spring season; every year, when it approaches, I am reminded of all the new growth and hope available to us. I know you all enjoy hearing exciting updates about the transformation and change at the Care Center, and we love the opportunity to brag about these incredible kids. As you know, our students arrive at the Care Center at all different stages of development and learning. Professionals create individualized care plans after assessing each child, and then the students begin their education journey at the Touch A Life Home School. Here they work hard with their teachers to successfully “catch up” to their peers so they can integrate into the traditional schools in Ghana within a few short years of their arrival at the Care Center. |

| This month we salute two incredible students, Junior and Emefa! Junior (14) is just one student who has recently advanced into high school and has been accepted into the premier S.T.E.M. school in Kumasi, founded by the Minister of Education for Ghana, Dr. Yaw Adutwum. Emefa (19) is one of our college students who has dreamed of becoming a nurse since she was young. We are thrilled to report Emefa has recently been accepted into Ghana’s renowned competitive nursing program in Accra. We are incredibly proud of the growth and transformation we are watching unfold right before our eyes! As of this month, we now have 36 college/trade school students, 21 high school students in boarding school, and 28 students (18 in Jr High and 10 in elementary) remaining on campus in Kumasi. Our students go on to become outstanding leaders in and out of the classroom, no matter their location or assignment. This is a true testament to our teachers’ passion, talent, and dedication to the students.
